We are engaged in the production of spray in a wide range to our valued customers. This backpack sprayer is suitable for small plants up to a size acre. This sprayer is fully manual and is carried on the back of an operator. Also called a knapsack sprayer, back sprayer is designed to be as light as possible. A typical empty weight is about 12 pounds. With 4 liters of water, the weight is approximately 45 pounds. Parts of knapsack sprayers are the same as those found in most sprayers: a reservoir for containing the spray mixture; a pump to produce pressure and flow; at least a nozzle for atomising the spray mixture and a regulator to control the flow.

Much skill is required to achieve uniform application. The spray rate will be less reliable than if a hand sprayer tractor is used. The application rate, walking speed, and covers also vary with fatigue caused by temperature, time of the day, the slope of the land, and the walking surface. In addition, the risk of off-target spray and under spraying is increased because the knapsack sprayer uses a small volume of water. Particular care should be given to the coverage and consistency.

The main functions of a sprayer are

Break the chemical solution into fine droplet effective size.

The droplet is distributing evenly over the plants.

The chemical application with a pressure sufficient to reach the positive Plants

Regulating the amount of liquid applied to plants to prevent an excessive application.

Desirable quality of a spray

A good spray should possess the following qualities.

It should produce a steady stream of spray equipment of the desired droplet size so that the plants to be treated may be covered uniformly.

It should distribute the liquid at a sufficient pressure so that the spray solution reaches all the foliage and spread evenly over the plant body.

It must still be sufficiently strong light, easy to work and repaired.
