Other Details

We offer angular ball bearings that are manufactured using the SAE 52100 standard bearing steel. This ball bearing consists of inner and outer rings that are displayed in respect to each other, in the direction of the bearing axis. The ball bearings are accommodated to combine radial and axial loads in either direction. The axial load capacity of these bearings increases with increasing contact angle. Molded resin cages and machine cages are used to achieve high speed. The wide array of angular ball bearings can be availed from us at competitive prices.

Standard cages for angular contact ball bearings

Dimensions – As per the ISO recommendations
Misalignment - Designed to adjust to limited alignment errors. Any misalignment increases the Running noise.
Tolerance – Made for normal tolerance but can be enhanced.
Internal Clearance - The internal clearance for single row angular contact ball bearing is obtained after mounting and depends on the second bearing that provides axial location in opposite direction.
Normal axial internal clearance is taken as standard in double row angular contact ball bearings.

We offer angular ball bearings in three types:

Single Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
    Four-Point Contact Ball Bearings

Single Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Single Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings can carry thrust load in one direction only and hence should be adjusted against another bearing, which can accommodate the opposed thrust load. The bearings cannot be disassembled. Spindle row angular contact bearings have been designed in the form of Spindle Bearing for application in high speed work spindles of various machine tools. The structure of spindle bearings are different from angular contact ball bearings, as they have different contact angles, the degree of accuracy and the type of cage used. These bearings are manufactured in the series of 70 and 72. They are identified by a bearing number commencing with B.

Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings

The double row angular contact ball bearings are designed to correspond to two single row angular contact ball bearings arranged back to back. These bearings are capable of carrying high radial and thrust loads in both directions. It is generally used where there is high axial rigidity. These double row angular ball bearings have un-split rings that have filling slots on one side. They are available with shields and seals on both sides. The double row angular contact ball bearings are filled with lithium based grease that inhibits rust. They can operate within the temperature range of -30° C to 110° C.

Four Point Contact Ball Bearings

We manufacture four point contact ball bearing, which have separable bearings. The steel balls come in contact with four points of ferrule at a contact angle of 35°. These ball bearings can be subjected to radial load and axial load in any direction or radial and axial combination load. The four point contact ball bearing is mainly used to be subject to axial board. It is used as a thrust bearing with definite axial wind age and mounted in bearing box in many occasions.
