Vermasoft super acid cellulose for bio-polishing fabric/ garments. Vermasoft super is a specific cellulose. This storage stable liquid enzyme is specially designed to be used for Bio-polishing of cotton and other celluloid. Features: A versatile enzyme which provides abrasion, Dillinger, surface polishing and softening on celluloid garments and fabrics. The enzyme treatment can be accomplished before or after dying, depending on the desired final effect. Works effectively in short wash cycles. Has high dose response and provides different look. Effective in wide operating temperature and PH-friendly. Application: For cotton Denim shirts: Equipment : Drum type washer Temperature: 50 to 60 0C Dosage: 1.0% to 1.25% Time : 30 to 45 minutes PH: 4.5 TO 5.5 Liquor ratio: 10:1 For cotton Denim Trousers: Equipment: Drum type washer Temperature: 50 to 600 C Dosage: 1.0% to 1.25% Time: 30 to 45 minutes PH: 4.5 to 5.5 Liquor ratio: 10:1 The dosage will vary according to: Type of celluloid content Construction and composition of fabrics Degree of bio-finishing effect Treatment time, process parameters and auxiliaries Type of equipment Inactivation of enzyme: Vermasoft super can be inactivated by one of the following ways: Hold the bath at PH >9.0, temp.>60 0C for 15 minutes Treat garments with chlorine bleach Storage: Like all enzyme products, Verma soft super slowly loses activity over a time.
