We can fiberise the bleached silk waste into web form with our fine carding machine. Our various types of carded web are suitable for application in the following areas:         Quilt And Duvet Filling:  -Fibres of very small length.     Non-Woven Fabric: - Desirable fiber sheet thickness of 90cm x 200cm can be given  suitable for needle punching and thermal bonding. We can blend any suitable filling fiber for thermal bonding as per the customer's specifications. Coarse, undegummed tussah and mulberry fiber to get preferable air permeability, tensile strength, flexural rigidity, crease recovery, pilling resistance and dimensional stability to washing are also made available.     Wadding: - Our array also provides fibers in loose form and of very short length. Which are extremely compatible with cotton and other fibers in terms of blending and are extremely suitable for adhesive bonding.     Wall Coverings And Decors: - Our multi colored silk fibers have found an appreciated application in making non-woven coverings and hangings. Known for their elegant colors, and exotic appeal they are preferred widely in manufacturing of decoratives like wall coverings and hangings.     Friction Spinning: Fiber for pure or blend from virgin waste or from by products of spun process.
