We have manufactured fully automatic Chapati making machine. This machine has given much needed relief to workers in the meal preparation department of Institutes, Langars,Hospitals, Schools and College Hostels, Industrial Canteens, Railway & Defense establishments. The machine produces home-like Chapattis in most hygienic way.

Process:

• Mixing of wheat flour and water plus (any other ingredient if required) is done in a separate mixer.
• The dough just needed to be loaded in hopper which passes on to the sheeter and gauge roller where thickness of the chapattis can be adjusted.
• A rotary cutting die cuts the desired size of roti.
• The food grade conveyor carries the Round Cut chapattis into the oven which is heated by L.P.G. / Electric Heaters
• The temperature of oven can be set as per requirement.
• At the outlet of the oven you get home like chapattis.

Constructional Features:

• Main frame is made of Heavy duty M.S. Channel .
• Feeding Hooper will made of Food Grade Stainless Steel (S.S. 316)
• Machine is having well fabricated external covers made of Silver painted MS.
• All the rollers are made of S.S. 304 for better hygiene.
• Main drive is of imported Bonfiglioli Motor, which is the best in its class.
• Fibre Glass covering on the top of machine.
