Our Continues Ingot Casting Machine are used for Manufacturing ingot of metal such us primary & Secondary Aluminuim & its alloy in a continous process which helps to improve the productivity at low man manner.

 

These machines are available with different moulds & Manufacturers as per client specification & requirement.

Operation:

1. Metal poured from laddle or furnace into the pouring launder of the casting Machine.

2. Metal flow out of spout into tyhe preheated mould cavities where mould is fitted in the endless conveyor chains.

3. Filled mould travels to the cooling station then they wateer cooled with the row of water spray nozzle in running condition.

4. As the mould pass around the head sprocket they invert allowing the pigs to fall by gravity into the discharge chute assisted by Knout out hammer.

5. The empty mould washed and return to the pouring end to refill.
