Management & Organization: Promoted in 2006 by Mr. Unmesh G. Mahajani, B. E. (Mech.) from NIT, Durgapur and Mr. Abhay Paranjpe, a chartered accountant by education. Mr. Mahajani had worked with Tata Motors - Jamshedpur and Pune in their Design & Vendor Development Department. Mr. Paranjpe initiated his career being a part of a family-owned business of manufacturing of Electric Motors & making electronic drives / control systems. Later, he also diversified into his own Company in the field of concrete in situ floors for industries.Together in the year 1992-1993 they floated a public limited company which was a pioneer in laser cutting and was a very successful venture. The top management has a cumulative experience of more than fifty years in design, development, operations and finance.

The employees possess requisite domain experience in CNC Technology, Design, Engineering, Sheet Metal Processing – Laser Cutting, & bending, Machining, precision fabrication, Assembly and Quality Assurance. All technical domains are handled by Engineering Graduates including Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Production & Quality.
