Our range of Cooling Towers is available with following features and specifications: Salient Features/Material Of Construction Casing : Is made, of tough fibre glass reinforced epoxy resins. Additional embossing is done for extra strength in case of big cooling towers. Fills: Honeycomb type PVC fills are used which are highly efficient for heat transfer with excellent resistance to corrosion and provide maximum area for wattage. Sprinkler: Our bottle type of tower is fitted with rotating type of sprinkler. The sprinkler head is made of PVC/ Aluminium alloy to avoid corrosion. It rotates at 5 to 7 RPM by the reaction force of circulating water which is discharged at low pressure out of holes of PVC/Bronze pipes. In square type cooling tower hot water is sprayed uniformly over the fills through poly-propylene nozzles fitted on M.S. Galvanized distribution pipe. The nozzles are accessible through the transparent inspection window fitted on the tower body. Water Basin: Is completely leak-proof which avoids spillage & seepage of water. It is of deep sump to ensure maximum water level at all times & made of F.R.P with additional stiffeners to take care of weight of extra water. Motor: Special low R.P.M totally enclosed motors of vertical, flange type, with enlarged threaded shaft and sealed top is supplied with the cooling tower. The motor is totally weatherproof in IP55 construction suitable for heated and humid atmosphere.
