Silicone EmulsionsWith the help of our vast manufacturing facilities, we are able to formulate silicone fluid emulsions that are mainly used as a mould release agent in foundries.  These emulsions contain non-ionic surfactants that act as a barrier by forming a thin film between the compound and the mould surface. Silicone emulsions are used in a wide range of industrial and consumer products such as release-agents for rubber and plastic-hot metal-lubricants and coatings. The specialized equipment also allows custom emulsification of fluids or oils using your emulsifier packages. Tailor made silicone emulsions with various active content too are manufactured. We can provide you with any % that is desired by the customer.
