General Purpose Rubber Lined Butterfly ValvesWe are instrumental in providing an extensive range of General Purpose Rubber Lined Butterfly Valves, which is known for its optimum design and a trouble free service. These products are available in rubber lined single piece body with centric disc construction which has wafer type body pattern. The body liner offered by us is used as soft seat, which is available in replaceable version or an integrally molded (bonded) version. This provides 100 % bi-directional sealing against vacuum up to the rated pressure of PN10 or PN 16. Some of the specifications of our range are as follows: Our range is a workhorse from the IV stables, IVGK model Butterfly Valve which is known for its various features; It has a wafer style body of a universal design which is fixed between pipe flanges of all flange standards; This triple sealing system is used in shaft sealing and eliminating fugitive emission or secondary leakage; These are self lubricated PTFE lined bearings which is used in drive end  and non-drive end shaft to obtain minimum bearing friction torque; The seat liner is extended to the flange contact faces and eliminates the requirement for separate flange gaskets at the time of installation; A controlled compression of the gasket face helps in optimum sealing & protects gasket face crushing failure; The Bi-directional valve is available with a tight shut off sealing which holds vacuum for rated pressure in either direction; Known for adaptability in actuated operation with the help of standardized top flange mounting dimensions for actuator fitment; Suitable  for on /off as well as throttling duties; The choice of seat and disc material is ideal for media conditions and service requirements; Lower seat rating is possible to ensure reduced operating torque and extended seat life to obtain low operating pressures
