Our profic range of forged/bar stock and forged needle valves are designed as per the cents' specifications and requirements. Fine in finish, these valves are durable, high in tensile strength and are in conformation with the ISO standards. Our valves are acknowledged for dimensional preciseness and wear & tear resistance. Saent features: Pressure rating up to 5000 psi (340 bar) at 380C (1000F) Temperature rating from -530C (-650F) to 2320C (4500F) with standard PTFE packing, up to 3150C (6000F) with Grafoil packing Optional sea: Metal to metal/satelte, hard coating, soft seat Material: Standard 316SS and ass. Gas Service: We follow NACE standard MR 0175-2000 for selecting the material that is essential for whetted valve component. Besides this, this high quaty service is sui for sulfide stress cracking resistant. Testing: Standard Factory Test: We test our range of Needle Valves using nitrogen present in the air. For this 100% factory testing process, we have fixed the pressure of nitrogen at at 1000psi (69bar) for leakage at the seat and packing. The leak rate is fixed at 0.1sec/min Optional Hydrostatic Test: We conduct this test using pure water at 1-1/2 times of the working pressure.
