Our organization manufactures Horizontal Surface Grinder HH Series that is designed with latest technology to suit the precision grinding of the dies, punches & various types of other tool room jobs. We fabricate this machine using rigid and close grain casting which is procured from reliable vendors. Cross & longitudinal, guide ways are scrapped up to close tolerances & vertical guide ways are of ground alloy steel with the provision of proper lubricating system. The controls are structured in such a way that the machine can be operated from all convenient angles to avoid operator’s fatigue.

The electric motor is coupled with the grinding spindle head and the longitudinal feed hydraulic automatic & cross feed is with the mechanical ratchet system. The vertical movement is by hand with rapid and feed arrangement for fine feed.
