We manufacture a wide range of folded pharma outserts, with folding upto 150 panels - for min paper size of 8" x 8" and max 20" x 40". our pharma outsert system is provided with g&k folder with code reader. This system is widely used in custom leaflet-folding systems for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other industries. the outserts are inwardly folded sheets of printed matter, making it possible for the final folded unit to withstand high-speed applications such as affixing directly onto containers, while eliminating the necessity and cost of a carton or an additional packaging. our outsert folding system : is coupled with g&k folder has the capacity to fold outserts with up to 120 panels (max 150 panels) has the speed up to 12,000 leaflets per hour with consistent quality is equipped with a code reader that can read both pharma code and bar code on both sides.
