In order to automate measurements, tests and control processes, we develop custom software, which help in proper analysis of data. Project Development Step 1 Specify System Requirements Our engineers make review of clients' requirements before beginning a project. Throughout operator interface, define system functionality, inputs/outputs and reporting needs, we maintain close coordination with clients. Specifications and design strategies are formed with these information. Price quotation and corresponding proposals are also provided by us. On receiving orders from the clients, we conduct meeting with the concerned parties and frame strategies. Moreover, the design strategies and specifications are finalized based on clients feedback. Step 2 Develop System Optimal hardware for the systems are recommended by us based on the specifications. Our engineers provide solutions regarding fixtures, switching, and instruments image acquisition, sensors, signal conditioning and data acquisition, motion control, enclosures, connectors, and cabling and PCs and workstations. In order to acquire analyze and present the data, we create custom software. We are capable of designing different types of user friendly software. The systems of the clients can be expanded from validation to production test and from R&D to product design. Moreover, to demonstrate system functionality and review operator interfaces, we hold final design review. Step 3 Deploy and Test Final System We deploy the systems after the development is complete. Our organization combines the systems with the existing infrastructure of these clients. Moreover, we check the performance of these systems. We also conduct training and interactive provided to the clients, so that they can operate the systems.
