Every parent wants their child to study in well cultured and sophisticated environment with safety and security. Whereas child wants a modern ambience with all recent day facilities. Considering the need of safe and secured environment complimented with ultra modern easy to use high tech gadgets we introduce Web Based School Bus Management. This works on a unique concept wherein mobile phone numbers of all parents are to be fed to the WBSBM identification devices will be placed at the entrance of all school bus and school gate. Every student and staff member will be provided with unique identity card compatible with WBSBM. This will post SMS to all the parents’ cell phones whose children are going to board the bus at the next destination to keep their child ready in 5 min, while the bus is standing on the previous destination. Student has to place the ID-Card in front of identification device at the entry of school bus; WBSBM will identify the student and mark his/her attendance through web. Student who does not opt for the school bus service need to place their ID-Cards at the device placed at the school gate. As soon as bus reaches the school WBSBM will generate another SMS stating “Child reached safely to the School”. While leaving the student back to the destination after the school, next SMS will be posted stating “Child reached safely to the home”. Student who do not opt for school bus service have to place their ID-Cards on the identification device at the school gate. SMS will be generated to their parents stating “Child left the school”.
