Injection Moulding Machine

The new Aqua robots can be configured with the vertical arm as well as the kickstroke assembly made of light weight Alu Alloy Material.

The new light weight construction offers several advantages:

• Reduces the weight of moving mass while simultaneously providing extreme stiffness.
• Reduces the part removal type of the robot to the absolute minimum.
• Guarantees maximum utilizalron of the molding machine.

Single arm Pick N Place servo Robot

• 2 Axes AC servo motor / driver system to achieve mini. cycle time for pick & place the plastic Article.
• 1 Axis AC Reversible torque motor for smooth kick stroke on Z-Axis.
• Micro-processor control for speed & positioning of 3-Axes.
• Gripper with monitoring & rotation of 900 - base on pneumatic control.
• Clamping force for IMM – 200 Ton – 350 Ton.

ART – SW Series

• Aqua Swing robot for sprue picker.
• Z-Axis : Pneumatically operated & turned behind the mould platen along with Y-axis. Hydraulic shock absorber for kick movement.
• Y-Axis : Pneumatically / AC servo drive operator with anti drop cylinder / break for vertical movement.
• X-Axis : Pneumatically operated can be adjusted for placing sprue / runner to the front / rear of machine at 450 to 900.
• For Injection moulding m/c : 30 Ton to 180 Ton clamping force.
