We have installed drinking water plants as per the latest norms & standards of the Bureau of Indian Standards (ISI). We have also undertaken projects for industrial effluent recycling plants as per the set standards of the Pollution Control Board.

Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) Process

Our plants are based on MBBR technology using AMB Bio Media. We have successfully installed several plants, which are based on the MBBR technology. Some of the advantages of this technology are as follows:

Reduction in the volume of the biological reactor because this technology uses a support or carrier that gives a high specific surface

Flexible in nature as it is based on the percentage of plastic support used in the reactor. It should not be greater than 70%, which allows the surface to be modified due to which the efficiency increases

Does not require reactor biomass recirculation, which ensures that the biomass does not depend on the final separation of the sludge as a result typical problems found in conventional activated sludge processes are avoided
