Our clients can avail from us, an extensive range of Storage Tanks, which is available with a flat bottom fitted on a steel cradle. Made using advanced technology machines, our range is fully automated and helps in minimum heat loss. The tanks are available with a bitumen which is heated by a U shaped heating tube, provided with a automated burner of adequate capacity.

 Various features of our range are as follows:

    Glass wool insulation and covered with aluminum GI sheet of suitable thickness
    Tested tube nest for fire heat circulation
    Thermic duct, man hole, lifting hooks, breather pipe

Technical Specifications

• Provided with a jacketed bitumen pump which is driven by DC variable speed motor via reduction gear box, that has to pump the bitumen to the drum
• Our range has a bitumen f-rate that is controlled by varying the RPM of DC motor.
• These Bitumen Pumps and all bitumen lines are oil-jacketed
