We also render our service in the treatment of Root Canal. We know that tooth is secured in the bone with supporting ligaments, which provide sensation and cushioning to the tooth where as the nerve and blood vessels enter inside the tooth through a small hole at the tip of the root and travel through a channel called root canal up to the crown portion of the tooth. This soft tissue is called the Pulp. Any cavity or the fracture line of tooth that reaches the pulp, leads to swelling and infection thus leading to a condition called pulp hyperemia. We have professionals, who are well trained in their area and cure our patents from root canal problems. We keenly analyze with the help of clinical appearance of the cavity, dental radiographs or x-rays, electronic pulp tester and hot and cold stimulation. We do the treatment by giving antibiotics.

Root canal treatment that we provide involves the removal of the central soft tissue or pulp which is commonly called nerve. We create straight line access, which is made by drilling in the biting surface, no matter where the cavity is, so as to clean the canals to a smooth finish and then we restore or fill them with a plastic like material called Gutta Percha in the form of cones. We use RCT technique, which is newest Crown-Down technique followed by a root filling with resin based sealer (AH plus) and heated gutta percha (Themafil). It is non-toxic material. Tooth is then restored to its normal position and later capped. Root canal treatment offered by us only removes infection and seals the communication of the bone to the mouth. We also make a crown which saves the tooth from crumbling under the eating pressures.

The condition is sensed by the patient due to:

Pain

Increased sensitivity to hot and cold

A wide cavity or a broken tooth
