We explore wide range of specially designed Pit Pot Furnace used for annealing, normalizing & salt-bath solution treatment. These pit pot furnaces are electrically heated with high-tech ceramics blanket insulation. Pit Pot furnaces are provided with steel baffles that accommodate the charge basket that prevents the charge not to be exposed to direct radiation of heat. Pit Pot Furnace is also offered with forced air circulation and holds the following features:

    Doors with vertical lifting and revolving type with press & lock lever mechanism
    Centrifugal blowers for even heat distribution
    Digital temperature controllers control temperature with digital timers


These pit pot furnaces are hermetically sealed with good temperature uniformity and hence are suitable for carbofluids, endogas or nitrogen methanol atmosphere. Hence they find applications in carbonitriding, bright hardening, bright annealing, bright normalizing etc.
