These heavy duty jacks of upto 500 tons are manufactured and supplied for a variety of applications, including pile testing, mill / plant /heavy machinery lifting for maintenance and at the time of installation. They also find application in lifting bridge structures and inserting bearings. These Hydraulic Jacks are usually made in single acting design.

The shell or outer body is manufactured out of a solid block of high tensile steel. The piston rod or ram are precisioned machined, hard chrome plated and ground to size. Heavy duty seals and guiding elements are used for long and reliable service.
