Our Low Vacuum Dehydrator and Degassifier unit provides a comprehensive process for removal of water and gases from oil at temperature lower than 53 deg C, considerably reducing the oxidation during the dehydration process. Our range offers quick total automatic operations and reduction of water content by 0.25% - 1.5% in a single pass. These equipment removes soluble gases and air up to 50% of saturation level. Our inexpensive systems are designed to overcome major drawbacks especially that of oxidation and emulsified water retention.
The LVDH-50 is a quick, Inexpensive and automatic system that overcomes centrifuging's major drawbacks, especially that of oxidation and emulsified water retention. Working: Oil is drawn into the vapouriser via the vacuum pump and heater. Vacuum pressure allows water to boil below 53° C - an efficient condensor allows collection of condensate water. Dissolved air and gases from oil are bled to the atmosphere via the vacuum pump.
