Our expertise is fully explored when we manufacture Annealing Services. These Furnaces have a casting of strong steel construction strengthened with steel sections duly electrically joined and placed on four legs. The lining is of grade insulation bricks to hold the heat losses to the minimum & high grooved refractories made of sillimanite, free from iron, to hold the heating elements. . Door can be released by a tiny downward pressure & moved to the side to facilitate charging & discharging the material. The body of the furnace is painted with high heat resistant aluminum paint.

Product Application

Vertical electrically operated heat treatment furnaces is highly useful for pre heating, annealing and tempering of nut & bolts, en8, spring steel, MS steel and other alloy steel components.

Technical Specifications

Separate control panel is provided along with super air heating plant fitted with electronic digital automatic temperature controller, indicator actuated by suitable thermocouple for desired temperature range. The panel is incorporated with the following instruments
