Additional Details

This tent consist of textile decking & aluminium alloy frame work, which is constructed by the repeated usage of small no. Of components. Outer fly of tent made of single fold of strong wp & rp canvas and mounted over the metallic frame work.

Inner fly is made of single fold doosootie green which is strong yet ventile fabric. It is hung inside the metallic frame work. By means of metalic clip with elastic cord.

End curtains are made of single fold of strong waterproof & rot proof canvas and is lined on inner side with fold of dosootie green. Textile decking is supported by the frame work which is an assembly of aluminium alloy components like universal member, roof pole with three way joints. Four way joints & three way joints with base plate. In addition to above minor metal components are also required for pitching of the tent such as cross bracings, “u” pin, angle iron pins and carbon steel pins.

 USE:-

THIS IS A NEW PATTERN OF TENT BASED ON MODULAR CONCEPTION , WHICH HAS CONSTANT WIDTH AND HEIGHT BUT IS EXTENDABLE IN LENGTH. THIS IS A MULTIPURPOSE TENT GENERALLY USED BY THE TROOPS IN THE CLOUDY WEATHER.

 

 Construction Features:

 

    Structures are made of hard aluminum alloy pipes and aluminum alloy casted joints

    Attached nylon ropes secure the structures from all sides

    M.S. U-Pins are used to grout the aluminum frame firmly to the ground

    TEFS Consist mainly of two cloth components: the outer fly & curtain

    Can be extended in length (by 2.0 m Increments)
