We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Surface Grinder Model which is durable, corrosion-free and reliable. The machine is used for grinding purposes and is available in various specifications.

Highlights of the machine are:

    Base is made of heavy duty, closed grain grey, cast iron amply proportion to give a rigid foundation that helps in precision grinding. It houses the electrical control, gear main driving system of the work slide & coolant arrangement
    Grinding head is supported by a box type column which gives toughness and minimum deflection at the wheel head and special type of motor is provided with tapper roller bearing
    Segmental Grinding Wheel is one of the “Outside segment " type which in vertical Spindle machines, having a distinct advantage in the setting & adjusting of the grinding segments
    The segments are Secured by bronze wedges on the outer periphery of the segmental and wheel
    A complete set of segments can be replaced or rest in a few minutes
    Protection for segmental wheel is heavily organized
    Longitudinal work side is well designed with on bearing surfaces as flat square type guide ways and other is V shaped to attain the maximum efficiency and accuracy
    The guide ways are lubricated with roller type internal reservoir system which needs minimum attention. The slides are fully protected with covers.
    The controls are arranged in such a way that the operator can handle the machine from all the convenient angles.


Automobile Workshop

The machine is mostly used for grinding engine block of cars, Jeep, Trucks, Tractor facing of Engine Heads Pressure tight joints.


Machine Tools

Precision Gears, Cams, Plates Collars keys connecting levers, bearing cover & all other jobs where second size of any job is to be made parallel to the first size and all types of wadge bar.


Tool Room

The tools available are Dies Punches, Saw Cutters, Caesars Cutting Tools, Cutoff Blades, Tools Side Die Blocks, Knives Die Section, Die Bases & Stripper Plates.
