This is used in conversion Appliances like Coreless Induction Furnaces for rolling out stainless steel and other products from sponge iron, cast iron and scrap iron. These products can also be used in non-ferrous melting plants for product conversion. Acidic Silica Ramming Mass is used for lining of induction Furnaces. Use of Silica Ramming Mass in refractory or metal furnaces reduce the wastage of material and increases the efficiency of the melting process. We make this refractory product through six stage processes like benefaction, purification process plant and mixing plant.
