In this 3 Shift Counter Meter For Circular Looms there is no need for sprocket wheels. The counter takes its drive from the worm assembly which we supply, and which is mounted on the take up roller of the machine. The counter is connected to the worm assembly through a connecting spindle. The calibration of the counter is done by ascertaining the diameter of the Take Up roller & the ratio gears are 2 bevel gears fitted in the box (as shown in photograph). The diameter of the end portion of the Take Up roller is required to be known, so that same size of bore in the worm of worm assembly can be provided.
