The Lincoln Idealarc DC1000 is an industrial DC multi-process welding power source designed for demanding semi-automatic and automatic welding applications. It delivers a rated output of 1000 A at 44 V and 100% duty cycle, with an output range of 150–1300 A and 16–46 V. The machine supports MIG, flux-cored, submerged arc welding and air carbon arc gouging. It features a single-range output control, 500 A output connections, terminal strip and output studs for remote connections, and a low-profile design suitable for workshop installation.
