Safety Interlocks:

 

    No Wad Detection System.

This interlock is used to detect the presence of the Induction Foil in the cap. If the Foil is absent, an audio visual alarm will get activated.

 

    No Water Flow System.

This Interlock is used to detect the flow of water required for cooling the induction coil. If the flow decreases of absent, the machine will deactivate sealing and give off an audio visual alarm.

 

The Sensors used for above interlocks

a)    Proximity and Inductive Sensor for No foil

b)    Flow sensing switch for No Water Flow.

 
 

The Base Support stand will be Mild Steel Powder coated.

The Above base will consist of 4 Level Foot.
