We are instrumental in offering a precision engineered range of Shell & Tube Condensers that is available in varied capacity ranging from 5 to 120 TR. The shell is manufactured using either ERW heavy duty pipes or quality MS rolled sheet as per the application specific requirements. The integrally finned (26 fin per inch) copper tubes of 19 mm are inserted into the steel tube plates, fabricated from carbon steel of adequate thickness.

We make use of quality steel material to manufacture the water heads provided in the equipment. We take special care while expanding the tubes so that joints are totally leak proof. Our water cooled condensers are suitable to use the Freon 22 or 134 A refrigerant.

Moreover, we have a team of qualified R & D experts, which suggests dimensions and specifications of the condenser for better efficiency and performance. The changes that are suggested by our research experts may be incorporated during the process of fabrication without prior notification to our valued clients. In addition, we take extra charges for customizing these as per the specification laid by our clients.
