We offer a very hardwearing and efficient performing range of Oil Chillers. These highly efficient 'refrigerated type oil chillers' are ideal for hydraulic cutting, lubricating, spindle, grinding and coolant oil. We leverage on advanced Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers (BPHE) to deliver swift and competent cooling. These are far superior to the shell-and-tube type evaporators designed primarily for non-viscous fluids. Here hot oil flows over the tubes, which is cooled by the refrigerant flowing through them.

Factory automation incorporating CNC machine tools, high speed hydraulic presses and hydraulic powered special purpose machines, has created a need for Advance hydraulic and spindle oil chillers use.

Features:

• These oil chillers are air-cooled with in-built with imported refrigerant to oil exchanger with sealed and scroll compressors depending on the size of the equipment
• The oil cooler can be used to cool the oil directly using refrigerant, upto an oil temperature of (+) 45°C without over heating the compressor.

Product Application

• Compact : These are around 10 times more compact than their shell-and-tube counterparts. This results in massive space saving
• High thermal efficiency : The flow of refrigerant and oil is counter current. In addition, the plate design facilitates turbulent flow (thereby preventing formation of static oil film) for optimum heat exchange
