Cotton Voile Fabrics is one of our most reckoned plain weave fabric and these are spun out of finest yarns to give an extremely high twist. The high twist causes the yarns to bulk up in a process called creping and then the yarns are 'bulked up'. This permits the use of fewer of them per square inch which gives rise to a lower yarn count. This corresponding decrease in the quantity of fiber is the property which makes voiles semi-sheer and extremely breathable.
