Extensively used for providing magnetic protection for liquid lines & processing equipment, Magnetic Liquid Traps are manufactured, which also meet the requirement of heavy duty, large volume liquid and semi-liquid line flow systems. These can remove even minutest contaminants from the liquid and maintain product purity. Our products are manufactured with the use of high intensity rare earth neodymium iron boron magnets, which are housed within a 304 stainless steel vessel. The magnetic configuration provides maximum exposure of contamination to the high intensity tubes without obstructing the liquid flow. Contaminants can be easily cleaned with the flange or quick release clamp top access design. This can be easily removed, wiped and reinstalled after cleaning.
