Our range of soluble metal cutting oils is commonly known as general purpose emulsifiable oil. To form stable emulsion or mixture, these can be readily mixed with either soft water or water up to 500ppm hardness in different proportions. Accurately formulated, these emulsions are widely used to provide maximum cooling during metal cutting or grinding. Further, to provide good protection against rust to metal components, these with rust inhibitor additive.

Application:

Used in 5% concentration for metal cutting (both ferrous and non - ferrous metal) and 1% to 2% concentration for grinding operation
