Additional Details

The over-flux of a transformer occurs when its flux density exceeds the nominal density, it is caused when its V / F ratio is higher than that which the manufacturer considers safe. This is of course the case when it is connected directly to the generator, without the benefit of an intermediate circuit breaker and the excitation system of the generator is excited while accelerating to the operating speed JNF 020 monitors the voltage / frequency ratio, when it exceeds the set fault value and the output relay operates after a defined alarm delay.

Features:

Programmable V / F ratio

History of the last 5 details of closing the relay

Application:

The JNF 020 overcurrent relay is used in power systems to protect transformers and generators against insulation failure and damage to the core due to overheating under extended excessive flow conditions. It protects the equipment against abnormal V / F ratios due to system disruption that may occur during start up, charging and shutdown conditions.

With almost more than a decade of experience and rich technological expertise, we are able to offer a precision designed range of Electrical Protection Instruments.
