Sand Casting Furnaces 8 All above machines are backed by a well equipped modern Tool-Room with well qualified and experienced technical team to design, develop, manufacture and maintain Dies, Moulds, Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and Patterns. In our tool-room, we have seven Milling Machines fitted with DRO’s, Shaping Machine, Tool and Cutter Grinders, Horizontal Surface Grinder, Radial Drills, Lathes, Pentograph Engraving Machine, EDM Spark Erosion Machines. Together with these we have number of Polishing, Deburring, Grinding, Fettling, and Inspection Equipments. We can manufacture castings from 5 gms. to 7 kgs. in Aluminium Pressure Diecasting and from 2 gms. to 20 kgs. in Zinc Alloy Pressure Diecastings. Our Inspection and Quality Control persons are qualitatively trained to satisfy the needs of every customer at their plant. Each casting is checked to its specifications as per customer’s requirements and as per ISO 9000 : 2000 Management System Procedures. We have one smelting unit to produce alloy as per our requirement, however, as we find more practical to buy ready-made alloy, we purchase our alloys from one of the most reputed manufacturer of alloys in India. We have fitted this machine with extra table & door to bouble the productuvity and efficient use of man power & electrical power. We use MS shots and Steel shots can be utilized also. Impregnation Facility: Looking to the vast variety, shapes and sizes of our components catered to several industries, we have designed and developed a very modern 4 satge vaccum Impregnation plant. We Have 2 Vaccum impregnation plans: The 1st plant hold 600 litres of impregnation sealant and hold up to 500 kg. of casting. The 2nd plant hold 1600 Litres of impregnation sealant and can hold upto 1000. Kgs of casting at a time the large casting of size 1440 mm X 450 mm can be treated 2 at a time. The vaccume impregnation plant consist of wate heating tank, vaccum tank, Sealant injection tank and drying chamber. - All functions are programed with Electric/Instrumentation to perform with efficiency and get optimum results. Machining Facility: Our machine shop is fully dedicated for machining of our own casting produced at our various locations. We have 4 CNC machines and several Conventional Milling Machines, Lathe Machines, Radial Drilling Machines etc. We develop jigs and fixtures ourselves inhouse as well as with our qualified subcontracter. CNC Milling Machine: Our Machine shop has full fledged inspection facilities including digital height guages surface table and other inspection measuring & testing equipments calibrated periodically as per QS 9000 standard. Our internal as well as external training programmes lead to a very robost & efficient machining program with well qualified man power & modern machine shop.
