While equipment for project is being manufactured/procured by company, the erection team is made to work at site for installation of machinery that is already supplied as well as planning for machinery to be supplied is done as per schedule and progress. Appropriate changes are also made to suit work progress at site. The site organization is then later supplemented by commissioning engineers who eventually hand over plants to clients after successful trial runs.
