Sonex 84C/184C systems are the most widely used Lineal Ceiling Systems due to their good look and functional utilities. Easy to install, these systems find extensive application in maintenance-prone areas due to the convenience of easy removal of any panel through out the span.

Suspension:

    Interior: Suspension by means of 4 mm dia, galvanized steel wire rod hanger and spring steel suspension clip fixed to roof by 'J' hooks and nylon inserts. Suspension to be spaced at 1.5 mtr c/c without insulation & 1.3 mtr c/c with insulation.

    Exterior: Suspension by mean of GI suspension angle and suspension at desired c/c spacing.

Base Material Options:

    Sonex 84C/184C type false ceiling is available in both, Aluminum and Steel with any desired alloy/grade.


Paint Coating Options for Sonex- 84C/184C are:

    Powder Coating: With 50 microns polyester powder paint on exposed side.

    Coil Coating: With 20 microns coating on exposed side & 5 micron on rear side.With excellent surface finish.

Technical Specifications

    Panel: 84/184 mm wide x 12.5 mm deep with a recessed flange of 23.5 mm, roll formed out of 0.5 mm/0.6 mm thick Aluminum or 0.45 mm / 0.5 mm thick Steel. 84C/184C panels are available with or without perforation


    Carrier: 32 mm wide, 39 mm deep made out of 0.9 mm thick Aluminum or 0.6 mm thick Steel, coated on both sides, to hold panels in a module of 100 mm / 200 mm for 84C / 184C. Carrier to be spaced at 1.5 mtr c/c without insulation & 1.3 mtr c/c with insulation
