Brinell Hardness Testing Machine:

We are leading manufacturers of Computerized Simplest model of Rockwell Hardness Testing Machines with mechanical design. These machines are best suited for testing batch quantities and designed for manual loading and unloading.

The Optical Basic Machine offered by us has a design and operation similar to B-3000 (H). In addition, it is provided with an 'optical device' with 14x magnification in front to project the diameter of ball impression on the glass screen. This projection takes place due to a micrometer measuring system with 0.01 mm accuracy.

The H Machine is designed with a hydraulic power pack and control circuits for effortless loading and unloading operations. It is provided with a dial gauge in the front for measuring depth of ball penetration. This facilitates production testing within tolerance limits by compression methods.

Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine:

Computerized Brinell Image Analysis System offered by us virtually eliminates operators' influence on test result. This results in further elimination of measurement errors between operators. This handy instrument makes entire test sequence very simple. Place the scan hand on the work piece on 'Auto' in tool bar on computer screen. The B.I.A.S. automatically measures the diameter of indentation with resolution of 0.01 mm and display Brinell value with diameter measurement. 

Portable Hardness Testing Machine :

Portable Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine is developed to meet the demands of a lightweight instrument, which can be used for carrying out universally recognized method of hardness testing.

Fatigue Hardness Testing Machine:

This machine is used to test the fatigue strength of material and to draw S-N diagram by research institutes, laboratories, material manufacturers and various industries. In this rotating beam type machine, the load is applied in reversed bending fashion.
