The sophisticated machinery, rotary air locks fitted at our manufacturing facility such as CNC machines helps us maintain 20 to 50 microns finishing. This helps in completely preventing any kind of false entry of air.

 

We have various range of sizes capacities of airlocks.

We are maintaining about 20 to 50 microns  clearance.

Finishing is done with the help of CNC Machines.

Hence the false air entry is prevented 100%.
