Ottoman has a total capacity of 50,000 MT per annum produced on 2 high speed mills. The mills have been sourced from Kusakabe, Japan through their Indian arm M/s Gallium Industries to accommodate OD from 12.70 mm to 76.20 mm in thickness range of 0.90 mm to 4.00 mm. The mills have been designed to produced a wide range of precision steel tubes including high tensile tubes and non-circular sections, e.g. rectangular, square and oval tubes.

The solid state frequency welders sourced from Thermatoo, UK, incorporated on bith mills ensure close and inclusion free welding of tube at high speed after it is formed to precisely controlled circular shape. Cutting of mill length tubes takes place through computer controlled flying cut-off system which results in precise mill lengths at high speeds.
