The Hot Melt Dispensers for hot melt adhesives are pneumatically and electronically controlled equipment for a faster gluing and sealing of cartons & similar packaging material. These are also capable of multi tasking with easy changeable nozzles, selectable pattern nozzles and multi guns adaptability for various industry specific applications. The dispenser synchronizes perfectly with conveyors and makes work efficient. A unique feature "timer control" for glue dispensing is surely an added advantage. The dispensers are also provided with side flap glue & a hot melt coated.

Side Flap glue: It’s an electronically controlled Hot melt adhesive applicator (available in chips and granules forms also) used for side flap gluing of numerous types of cartons like Duplex, 'E' flute, 3 ply etc. The high speed operation with zero rejection of these gluers has made our hot melt dispenser one of the most preferred industrial adhesive equipment.

Hot Melt Coating: They can be used to apply any type of Hot Melt Adhesive, including pressure sensitive Hot Melts and Hot Melt Adhesives with long open time.
