The product is primarily suitable for continuous casting Steel Ladles from 5 MT. to 25 MT. L.M. Capacity. It has found application in ingots pouring as well. In such cases the limitation of nozzle bore should be kept in mind. The refractories of this system have been designed for a maximum bore of 40 mm. The system can be operated manually which gives it a mechanical advantage and makes the entire system simple to operate, install, overhaul and maintain. The various wear parts of the systems are easy to replace and are comparatively inexpensive.
