For bro offers state of the art Automatic Induction sealer model AIS-100 for pharmaceutical, chemical and food and healthcare industry.

Induction sealing machines increases the self life of the product by providing the air tight and water proof sealing on the periphery of the bottle/jars.

On the processing line Bottles/Jar are first filled with the product and then the plastic cap containing an aluminium foil liner is put on the jar which is then passed though the electromagnetic chem but via a conveyorised system.

The induction sealer transmits electromagnetic energy to the foil liner, generating hear and seals the foil around the periphery of the jar.
