The AAC lightweight blocks we manufacture are also called autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) blocks. Our  AAC blocks are more competitive than conventional bricks. We manufacture the AAC blocks in a variety of sizes. From lightweight blocks to jumbo blocks to AAC tool kits, we have it all. The raw materials we use to manufacture the AAC blocks are cement, sand, fly ash, gypsum, lime and water.

These blocks are lightweight, energy-efficient, fire-resistant and an excellent thermal insulator. The blocks are extremely lightweight and thus suitable for internal as well as external construction.

It is a lightweight, precast building material that simultaneously provides structure, insulation, and fire and pest resistance. The lightweight nature of the blocks offers ultimate workability, flexibility and durability. It also has excellent thermal insulation and acoustic absorption properties. It is economically and environmentally superior to the more traditional structural building materials such as concrete, wood, brick and stone.

Aerated concrete blocks are ideal for all kind of structures such as schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, independent housing and apartments. The buildings constructed with AAC blocks are also known as environmentally friendly buildings and these buildings don't require curing and plastering.

AAC was developed in 1924 by a Swedish architect, who was looking for an alternate building material with properties similar to that of wood - good thermal insulation, solid structure and easy to work with. Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks are manufactured by recycling fly-ash. Fly ash is mixed with cement, lime, water and an aerating agent.
