This unit comprises: Powder spray gun (Anjali) High voltage generator with powder output and velocity controller Powder Hopper Powder spray gun is used connected of an air compressor and the gun is triggered, the fluidised powder inside 30-90 KV DC output, compressed air flowing from below the fluid tile of the hopper, fluideses powder in the hopper. When unit is properly connected to an air compressor and the gun is triggered, the fludised powder inside the barrel or the gun is charged and is sprayed out, fine and coarse controls to get varied powder. Air Mixture is provided to get optimum result, short circuit current is limited to less than 100 Micro amps to eliminate danger to the operator.
