Passive Working Element offered comprise single stem with a coated aluminum handle that provides cutting by spring action in still position with electrode being inside sheath. The range comprises 000-000 with closed handle and 001-000 with open handle. It is designed in single stem and comes with handle made of aluminum with electrode remaining inside sheath and cutting operation carried through spring action when stationary. It is used for complex dilation in segment of Ureteric with the process done before Urethroscopy and stone-manipulation.
