Additional Details

We undertake a Wire Arc Spray Coating Service is a process in which, a pair of electrically conductive wires is melted by means of an electric arc at high temperature of 7200 degree Fahrenheit. The molten material is atomized by compressed air and propelled towards the substrate surface. The impacting molten particles on the substrate rapidly solidify to form a coating. While spraying on a non-ferrous material, mechanical roughening can be followed by a bond coat of low-carbon steel to increase bond strength. This process also allows coating of mixed metal by feeding a different metal through each electrode as well as to repair shafts.
