The 11/12kV VCB RMU Panels are manufactured with front Operating System. The Panel consists of Vacuum Circuit Breakers for the operating mode (Incoming) and Vacuum Circuit Breakers with earth switches for switching ON & OFF Transformers (Outgoing) and this operation can be varied to any number of Switches for switching ON & OFF Transformers. The Vacuum Circuit Breakers are available from current rating of 400 -1250A. The panels are available with a series of accessories, which provides convenience to the user by offering non interrupting performance. The breaker and the panels have long lasting electrical and mechanical life. Hence eliminates the frequent expenditures in replacing the HRC fuses, It also has a reliable operating mechanism that ensures safety of the operators. The Cubicle is Powder Coated with 80 -120 microns for its inner / outer texture with High Quality Processes.

Lightning Impulse & Power Frequency Voltage Withstand Test (Dry)
As per IEC 62271-200/2003 LI 75kV (Peak) & PF 28kV
Temperature Rise Test at 1250A & Milli-volt drop test
As per IEC 62271-200-2003 / IEC : 62271-1-2007
Short-time & peaks withstand current tests at 27.02 kA for 3.08 secs & peak 71.61kA
As per IS 3427: 1997/ IEC 298(1990) (Reaffirmed 2002)
Ingress Protection Test IP 55 as per IEC 60529 Category -1
