Our steel bars are reckoned for high strength with superior properties namely weld ability, strength, bend ability and ductility which are on par with the international quality standards. In our manufacturing process of Thermo-Mechanical Treatment, the steel bars are made to pass through a specially designed water cooling system. This process ensures the outer surface of the bars to become cold while the core of the bars remains hot. This causes a difference in the temperatures referred as temperature gradient in the bars.

Further tempering of steel happens when the bars are taken out of the cooling system as the heat from the core passes on to the outer surface. This results in high yield strength.
